She's Right on Time

Knowing what time it is and what you should be doing at that time is a leadership key. It's demonstrated in today's Tale of Two Sisters.
Luke 10:38-42 recounts a visit Jesus paid to the home of sisters Mary and Martha. Martha thought it was time to showcase their hosting skills, Mary thought it was time to learn from the Teacher. Turns out Mary was right on Time.

Time is universally expressed in days, and days are split into daytime and nighttime. Daytime is when people and resources are readily and abundantly available. There is also more visibility and, thus, certainty during the daytime. An example of daytime is when you are employed with a regular salary. You'll have more human and material resources available to use for getting additional degrees, professional certifications, starting a side business, etc. Waiting till you're out of a job before you begin to obtain these things would therefore be doing at nighttime what you should have done in the daytime.

So ask yourself: What time is it?
